I bought an organic black and organic green tea and both were low quality products. I don’t expect low quality products in Whole foods though.
Great little store. It's a bit small and can be very crowded at times but they've got an excellent little seating area for coffee or even a meal. Great bakery and lots of options for hot, ready to go meals. This place has free parking, which is a big win in the city.
Small but we'll stocked. Overpriced as per usual. Good service.
Found good deals on supplements. The power muffins are the best
This store is well stocked and has the best protocols for shopping during the pandemic.
A standard whole foods, the biggest thing i notice is that often you can find the same products in other stores for much less but because of the brand/store loyalty people don't mind paying more for it.That being said lots of items are only found here for the most part, fruit, veggies and other foods are very fresh.I find the bakery is very overpriced even if the food is tasty.Excellent location though with Amazon storage lockers in the front too
We're staying in Vancouver for a holiday and found the Robson shop whilst out looking for a bite to eat one night rather than a big restaurant dinner. Great selection of food, grabbed a sarnie and wrap all the ingredients were lovely and fresh and great value for money. We'll definitly be back.
You can pay with american solar, they'll change for canadiense, autoservice Food, and market
August 2019 now a regular Whole Foods shopper. Great selection. Love the deli hot food selection. Mostly vegetables, problem too much moisture the items start to over cook and get mushy. Definately worth a visit. January 2019 More for the up-scale shopper. Being organic prices are slightly higher. Good selection of products. Free parking. Nice patio for a coffee or quick lunch when spaces is available. Quite like it and will go back often
You can buy some unique food and snacks here. For me, the salmon roll in one of the deli outlet in here is very good. Will visit again with friends.
Exremely rude and predujuce staff. I've been severly mistreated here many times. I've seen the tall poultry lady with the thick accent mistreating customers in a racist manner too many times --absolutely ridiculous! I stopped spending money here. Lots of much better grocery stores around that sell organic / natural food and appreciate my business. I spoke to the manager about these serious issues, but he essentially brushed me off.
The least of the Vancouver Whole Foods - the hot food bar at this location is nothing to write home about!
Good option to buy fresh food. It is a wonderful place to get organic food, fruits and vegetables. It has a wonderful and attractive displayed order. The bakery has stunning cakes and cookies. This is a good choice shopping place concerns healthy food. They have a nice parking area. It is very wide and good to park easily.
The usual good WFM experience. Oh well, no Apple Pay in Canada, but that’s not WFM’s fault. Decent pastries. Smoked salmon wrap had about a half pound of smoked salmon in it!
If you are ever in the market for high end food products that won't disappoint, I highly recommend this store. We go there any chance we get for the most amazing cheese I have ever tasted. It's called Rumrunner and it's worth a special trip just for this delectable delight.
High quality products with lots of variety Great range of healthy products Love this store and located right on the Robson street Staff are helpful and with passion
Great store for groceries. The staff is quite friendly. It's a smaller Whole Foods with limited selection and it doesn't have the burrito bar. Definitely my go-to grocery store.
vegans and organic lovers' paradise
Staffs were amazing, store was so super clean and icecream I bought was so good! Halo Top salted caramel and chocolate flavour was the best!!! Thank you team wholefood on robsonðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Not really a super market, more like a priviledged yuppy status symbol place to shop.
This is nice but smaller Wholefoods store but still carries many items. The staff here has always been friendly and nice. It can get crowded at times but you can usually find what you're looking for. It'd located near the the bottom part of Robson by Denman street and has a parking lot for customers.
Great place for the freshest produce in town. Staff are friendly and Efficient.
Very small whole foods compared to the California ones where I'm from. They only have a salad bar where I am used to a large hot bar as well that has considerably more selection.
Consider the prices I'd expect customer service also being in greater level than in other stores. Long lineups to cashier, abd rarely any help with putting my items into my own shopping bag which obviously makes payment process much longer : I first unload my items out of basket, then pay , then put them in my bag. What does cashier do? Just scan the items? Been shopping here for years, and this thing never changes
Chicken Noodle Soup, Pre whipped whip cream and the quality fruits and meats, cakes (Chantilly Berry, Carrot, Tiramisu) and tarts (Pear Tart with Almond Flour) are all my must buys from Whole Foods.
No pizza available here like in the US stores. Not many dried fruits as well
Very clean and lots and lots of different foods for all
Was so excited to see whole foods during our vacation in this city! But this location is very small unlike the stores in the states. Can get alot of this stuff in a regular grocery store. But still fun to visit nonetheless!
What a nice surprise, nice variety of food, delicious fresh, a little pricey maybe.
This place is wonderful, organic almost anything, the greatest fruits and vegetables so artfully displayed. These people care about what they and we eat. The bakery has stunning cakes and cookies and the deli area had the most magnificent sandwiches and soups, perfection. Moving my grocery shopping to Whole Foods I consider... Life-saving!
Amazing products and great prices. Top of the line brands that you can't find anywhere else in town. Best organic produce as well !!! ðŸ˜ðŸ’–
Staff are nice. Sometimes things that I buy regularly go missing, which can be a bit annoying.
Healthy foods - good prices
This isn't like the West Van or Cambie stores. It's an older Whole Foods. It's smaller as well. Had lunch and bought a few veggies.
A beautiful selection of quality food but you sure pay for it.
Nice cafe, bakery and hot table.
The only source of optics at a good price for me. Customer Service was super quick to respond. Highly recommended.
Bakery/coffee shop was well organized. The iced coffee was extremely strong though.
Love the wrap around patio. Quality food. Friendly service.
Clean. Curious Staff and great Salad Bar...both hot and cold
A bit more expensive compared to other stores but they have many vegan and healthy stuff
Pricey, yet it has a great selection of high quality products so it's worth it. When looking for something specific or organic/bio/local products it is your best option.
I wish I had whole foods locally because they had the best selection of coffee
Such an intimate grocery store to go compared to the other whole foods. Due to the fact there are bigger stores, some of the team members didn't want to show me where product's were, "oh, you should ask a grocery team member, im in the kitchen" Is one reason why I come to the Robson location instead, if I can't find anything, I'll ask a team member and they do what they can to find me what I need. I asked a meat team member for bottled water and walked me through the store to show me, that's shows caring. I like this place, I'll continue to come here more.
Can't believe we met a very RUDE staff at Whole Foods. He disrespectfully interrupted our conversation so many times when I was talking . Even I asked "Can I finish first?" for three times, he could not help speaking loudly to break my words. We've been shopping in this store for five years. But unfortunately today gonna be our last time.Afterwards, the manager contacted me saying they will cancel that ticket for us. Now Diamond send a letter to us threatening to sue us for this outstanding ticket.
